  I found one of CJ’s boards, same airbrush and dimensions, and the guy admits that it’s CJ’s board that he bought off of someone shortly after the contest in France. I am staying in Bali and some French guy is staying here too with one of CJ’s boards. Let me know if you want me to do anything. I actually believe the guy bought it from someone else and was just clueless about it. Gotta cut the guy some slack… peace

  At this point after you dudes ride the boards I’d actually be stoked to get them back no matter what condition there in,so i can try to have Chris Gally and Tokoro try to duplicate for next year.It helps when they have the magic board in there shaping room.

Actually since you took the freedom to point your finger at a whole nation without any evidence, I´ll take that same liberty and say that you probably knew who the guy was all along and had no balls to say his name because you were afraid of retaliation. Mikey I am looking foward to seeing yoy get eliminated on the first round in MDK. By the way good luck to both of ya goofies on the contest!

  CJ I just bought one of your boards in Compton this afternoon. Kid on the corner had a trench coat on and when i walked by he opened it up and had your quiver under there. He said “hey you want to buy a shred stick $75 your pick”. Board rides great, it sparkles and glows in the dark. I think it was the Cordell.

  One of CJ’s stolen boards is in Bali at the Padang Padang Inn. I saw
  one of the CGD’s. The guy that has it is French and said he bought it
  of someone on France. He doesn’t seem like the one that stole it.

  What can/should I do to help recover the board?

  Hey Ceej do you remember those boards Kelly had with the weird spray jobs ones with all the different colours few years back he had them floged in Sydney I think he tryed to get them back did you hear if he found any of them?

  hope you get some of them back at least.

  @Andy not sure about the one’s from Syd but he was telling me the story when he got his boards flogged in LA and they put something up on surfline and he got them back in 24 hrs,those were the ones when he had the colourful circles.

  well… you should be atencion to the boards not the stickers

  ceej if some of your boards apears at my homeplace(i work on a surfshop then is more easy to check the boards and their owners and i have another one next to my house, near the hotel that you stay in caparica past year on the WSG) i will send you a e-mail for sure!

  on this time of the year too many european surfers came to portugal and bring some difrent stuff… and the search it´s near, who knows…

  same quiver/shapers just the B+’s instead of the A’s,tokoro shaped me 2 for trestles i took the better one over here now that ones gone so i got the one that didn’t work as good shipped over.similiar with the CGD’s as i have the backup ones that didn’t work that good.

  ANOTHER FUNNY EMAIL FROM THE STREETS

  So randomly ran into another frenchy boogie-boarder / bodyboarder here who says he knows the guy who stole the quiver (mostly Tokoros) and he also stole 2 of parko’s boards and a blank white one too. Apparently he told the guy not to do it but said he said he doesn’t want to rat the guy out and said he is also probably coming to Bali soon with a few of the boards. Wish I could do more to help. It’s funny cause I’m not going out of my way too much and am just enjoying surfing everyday and the subject of the boards just keep resurfacing. Maybe the next email I actually have a name or an email of the guy. Hope this helps

  those parko boards the dude is referring to are Damien Farhenforts and that blank one is this TL2 i had for some dumpy beach break sessions,but that obviously has not happened,maybe Portagul.

  Funny thing is i’ll prob end up being friends with the dude who jacked my sleds,as i’m sure the dude feels bad at this point.

  I’d assume that would be after you got back all the boards?

  In any case that has to be one of the more extreme examples of turning the other cheek. If such is the case, my hat is off to you, as I don’t possess nearly that much Christian Charity. The most I’d probably do is not prosicute… nah, even that is doubtful, as he needs to learn his lesson.
