That is just mental, arent there any options around that arent quite as good, but less crowded to spread the crowd out? Can’t believe even you boys getting burnt.
I get to surf once a year on vacations and wonder what is the best way to deal with the local surfers. The good spots to surf are packed with people and where I usually end up are the crappy areas with crumbling waves – but no people to bother. I really love to get out there but feel very intimidated about going into the better areas – and being one of the people in that video. Any suggestions? thanks!
makes my little grovel this arvo in 2ft mush by my self look pretty fun Sept i wasn’t smoking it like Damo and i was in boots gloves an a hood just to stay warm but not crowd…..good luck in Brazil guys smash it
Yea its crowded and feels like your constantly in a contest but getting 15 waves at your local break doesnt compare to 3 you could get at Lowers. Just gotta keep that in your mind when your out there, esp when the rights doing its normal thang.
this video reminds me of my home break at the pier in florida, even if its knee high onshore and mushy there will be just as many people as in the video

It’s a fun wave and I just try to laugh no matter what happens or think about the Snapper or Pipe lineup and it doesn’t seem so crowded
