100K…… Would be biggest purse ever at the time and enough CT guys in this one to give it some cred. Plus 100K is a lot of money even if you make or have a lot of money. Be nice to lead the rating but that will be forgotten real fast.

Assuming I’m a “one hit wonder” (meaning this is the ONLY contest I’ll ever win) in the QS/WCT world, I’ll take the cash. Make it rain is right! BOOOO-YAH!
(If you are a WCT lifer though, you go for Snapper since it will help your seeding for the rest of the year and give you those valuable points)

I remember sgoing to see that US Open when Slater “snaked” Beschen. Beschen was piiiissssed. All within the rules though. That day was also pretty solid and closed out.
Be interesting to see what pros do with that big ol closeout this weekend.

Snapper… Lots of guys have been on the CT without a win. Way more cred, plus your contracts will make up the coint differential. Only Brett Simpson has a bonus for winning the US Open these days. Plus, I’d join Lowey as the second goofy to win that thing. Unless CJ or Damo beat me to it.

100k for sure! It may be a QS but there is enough wct players to make it a legit elite contest. Plus the press for the event is greater for Americans than the gold coast.

I, my dear geminal gems, would invite either victory, be it at Spot X or at Machado’s Peak. However, since I am being pressed to provide two of the same person with only one answer, I must opt for the “V” that would proffer not only the largest cash purse, but also the largest selection of . . . well . . . prime “V”. So, being that I like my “V” untatted, unpierced, unpublished, unemployed, and unvacinated, I would have no choice but to abandon the $100K HB booty for the cleaner, simpler, albeit less glamorous booty of the Gold Coast.
