what was he saying bout freddy p i thought he did a good job i mean i was watching pipe this morning and had to turn it off cos Occy was droning on about nothing love Occy to bits but after a few mins of him on the Mic its enough eh!

CJ surfed here last Eddie 04 and told me I had to check this joint out, basically I was just shoulder hopping the small one’s trying not to get picked off. The sets were top to bottom and barreling. I was out of my league.

@Andy NZ It was a great debate, but yeah they where talking about how it needs to get better.All good, I think its been moving in the right direction and I think all involved is trying there best to make it better.

Andy NZ, first time we;ve ever disagreed, I love occy’s commentary, its just hillarious. I think pots, occy, Snips, and Jake patterson are the best in the biz right now. I think Ceej should do commentary since Damo said they always think he’s stoned, so he wont do it, hahaha

@ duustin yeah i like Occy but he just says Ahhh and yeah way to much and trys to sound smarter it just comes off a little forced and phony to me but all good eac to his own byy no means was Freddy P the best or any thing but he did a great job. Ronnie blakey is hard to take also but Snips anf Jake P are good pots not to bad i heard Kelly on the goldie and @ Jay Bay he was Funny. yeah Cj should fully do it hes be epic and Damo but not at the same time tohugh. Dayyan neeve would be a good one that guys a crack up.

Machado’s commentary @trestles, everytime someone ate it he said “wow” not shouting it but just saying it like a stoner. He must of said it x200 times, hes so funny.

i enjoy most of the asp commentators (occy, snips, blakie, potts, etc) but can’t stand dino andino. that guy couldn’t put a sentence together if his life depended on it.

@andy NZ. Spot on with Dayaan, that guy is f’n classic. Since he cant seem to win any heats this year maybe he can switch to commentating… I like Kelly’s too, but sometimes he gets too isightful and outsmarts the room… Occy is always throwin in the Gee Wiz too!! hahaha hes great and i like that he doesnt hide is biases. is always rooting for Parko…l GO MICK, last time i went to the north shore he just won the title, leaving in two weeks to head out and he just won again….

Kekoa would be great, he’d just come out with random crap and stories from his childhood…
He’s not on tour but I’d love to see Sterling Spencer commentating on stuff.
I think Freddy and the guys at the Eddie did a good job, there were huge lulls and they’ve basically to talk about the last 10second ride, tough job!

Were anyone going on the set ones?
bout webcast, i think pretty much everyone that steps in daBox gives good entertainment. Some people will like someone better, and dislike others and stuff. What I think is really nice is the layback way it goes, I fear that with TV this can change
In brazil, I think there was lack of commentators and some camera guy went on the booth and gave some good entertainment, very laid back and funny, and he shared his view of the place, it was nice. I think it was also brazil that CJ was on the box and gave a classic “I´ll have to put a sock on my mouth”
Coming back to post´s subject I´ll have to agree with Sig. 99.9% of the surfers that are reading this would never consider dealing with a beast like that.
In fact we´re so freaking afraid we´re even changing the subject.. a beast like that might stick to our minds and we´ll wet our beds!
